Zooba Just Dropped Three New Seasonal Drinks…and You Need to See This
Watch out B Laban, looks like you’ve got some competition…
Dearest readers, we’re back with yet another kooky-culinary combo, and this time the purveyor of said ‘Eftekasat’ as we like to call them here at SceneEats, isn’t the usual alchemist (we’re looking at you, B Laban), it’s beloved Egyptian street food chain Zooba.
With an innate understanding that the true Egyptian experience calls for Halabissa (that’s hummus sham to you, Tagamo’ babes) rather than a cup of hot cocoa to warm up the cooler days, Zooba has dropped (or rather gently placed seeing as these glasses seem quite fragile) three new winter-warming drinks.
Spicing up Zooba’s culinary roster is a classic ‘Halabissa’, a ‘Halabangar’ (hummus sham with, you guessed it, beetroot) and a coco-licious-so-delicious ‘Halasobia’, a coconut-infused hummus sham.
And while we’re still trying to wake our very exhausted managing editor up from the faint spell that ensued upon hearing this news, and telling our graphic designer that better days exist, and she just has to push through just one more of these ‘eftekasat’, we can’t help but be curious.
So why don’t you, dear reader, be a darling and try these out for us? We’ll be waiting to hear back…
