2020 is right around the corner and the culinary world is expanding at an ever increasing pace. Chefs from all around the world are always trying to cook something that is different and delectable enough that it changes the food scene forever. And with how connected everything is nowadays, changing the scene doesn't seem so far away. Here's where The Spanish Gastronomy Training Program comes in.

What if we told you that food professionals from Egypt can embark on a once in a lifetime gastronomical journey, learning the ins and outs of the culinary arts of one of the best cuisines in the world. The Spanish cuisine. Thanks to the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Cairo and the Spanish Institute of Foreign Trade (ICEX), a scholarship to Food Beverage Hotel Directors and Executive Chefs from all over Egypt will be offered to lucky individuals to study a complete professional, theoretical and practical training program, which immerses the participant in Spanish cuisine and the country’s gastronomy industry. Not only will this opportunity give the chefs chefs of Egypt the edge they need to change our scene, it will give us a lot more eateries in the country that serve Spanish food.

Candidates of The Spanish Gastronomy Training Program (SGTP) should apply with either form A or form B before the 10th of January 2020.
