  1. In hot oiled pan, sauté chopped onion, bell peppers and minced garlic.

  2. Add minced beef to, salt to taste and let cook.

  3. Add tomato sauce, spices, kidney beans and stock. Leave it to simmer.

  4. In an oven-safe pan, layer a bed of tortilla wraps and add the chili con carne and cheese.

  5. Bake in a 180• oven for 15 mins, until the wraps toast and the cheese melts.

  6. Garnish with sour cream and coriander.
