This swirly delight is as beautiful as it is easy to make.
185g softened butter
300g icing sugar
20g coco powder
Combine the butter and sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs, flour, baking soda, and mix.
Mix together the milk and coco powder.
Set half of the batter aside and add the chocolate mix to the rest.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 150ºC for 50 minutes.
