pink Himalayan salt
Combine the yoghurt, tahini, lemon, garlic, and salt.
Cut up the pita into small squares and fry in the Black & Decker Aerofry for 10-12 minutes at 180º.
Top off with the toasted nuts, micro-greens, and paprika.
