Fatet Hummus with Chef Suzanne Mokhtar

Using a creamy yogurt sauce, crispy fried bread, and fresh micro greens.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Combine the yoghurt, tahini, lemon, garlic, and salt.

  2. Cut up the pita into small squares and fry in the Black & Decker Aerofry for 10-12 minutes at 180º.

  3. Top off with the toasted nuts, micro-greens, and paprika.
