In our latest Koshk Creations series, we join these two in holy matrimony for our own selfish reasons, and the results were absolutely delicious.
1.5 cup flour
1 teaspoom backing soda
1 mars bar
1 cup milk
Chill the chocolate bar by keeping it in the fridge, but don't freeze it.
Mix the flour and baking soda together.
Add milk and egg until you get a batter with the consistency of thin cream.
Heat the oil
Remove wrapper from chilled chocolate bar.
Coat completely in batter.
Then wrap in the konafa.
Carefully lower into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Serve, with ice cream.
