Park, South Korean by origin but Egyptian at heart, pays a little visit to our kitchen and walks us through this Asian BBQ classic.
600 grams beef
2 sprigs of spring onion
half cup soy sauce
5 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon oil
Cut the beef into thin slices.
Let the beef marinade with the onions, spring onions, sugar, honey, and soy sauce for a few hours.
Fry the marinaded meat in the oil over high heat until browned.
Garnish with freshly chopped spring onion.
