Korean Beef Bulgogi Recipe

Park, South Korean by origin but Egyptian at heart, pays a little visit to our kitchen and walks us through this Asian BBQ classic.


  • 600 grams beef

  • medium onion

  • 2 sprigs of spring onion

  • half cup soy sauce

  • 5 teaspoons sugar

  • 5 teaspoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoon oil


  1. Cut the beef into thin slices.

  2. Let the beef marinade with the onions, spring onions, sugar, honey, and soy sauce for a few hours.

  3. Fry the marinaded meat in the oil over high heat until browned.

  4. Garnish with freshly chopped spring onion.
