¼ kg kunafa pulsed in food processor
Fry the kunafa in the ghee until golden and crispy.
Place the fried kunafa in a bowl and mix in the sugar syrup.
Form a kunafa base in the cup.
Top off with whipped cream and bananas or nutella.
Add a second layer of whipped cream.
Finish off with a layer of kunafa and nuts.
