Making Kunafa Cups with Dina Sherif

All the kunafa goodness with none of the hassle!

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ kg kunafa pulsed in food processor

  • 100g ghee

  • Whipped cream

  • Nutella

  • Nuts

  • Pistachios

  • Bananas

  • Sugar syrup

instructions

  1. Fry the kunafa in the ghee until golden and crispy.

  2. Place the fried kunafa in a bowl and mix in the sugar syrup.

  3. Form a kunafa base in the cup.

  4. Top off with whipped cream and bananas or nutella.

  5. Add a second layer of whipped cream.

  6. Finish off with a layer of kunafa and nuts.
