Fillet with creamy mushroom sauce.
2 slices of steak
2 cups cooking cream
2 garlic cloves
5 large mushrooms
Melt a generous amount of butter in a large pan.
Add the steak and season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and the rosemary.
Once cooked to your preference, remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add some butter and cook the thinly sliced mushrooms and garlic until golden.
Add the filet back to the pan and stir to combine.
Add the cooking cream and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
