Making Sambousek with Dina Sherif

  • Samosa leaves

  • Drained frozen spinach

  • 1 cup cream cheese

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 pack of onion soup mix

  • Cooking oil


  1. Combine the spinach, cheese, sour cream, and onion soup mix in a bowl.

  2. Stuff the samosa leaves with the mixture and fry until golden.
