  2. Fill a pot halfway with water and bring to a simmer.

  3. Place the chocolate in bowl over the pot and mix every few minutes until melted chocolate is smooth.

  4. Coat chocolate dipped marshmallows in desired toppings.

  5. Place marshmallows on a non-stick tray and refrigerate for 5 minutes or until solid.
