Chef Mohamed Salah tells us about some of the different cuts of meat and shows us how he cooks the Skirt Steak.
1 tsp Fish Sauce
3 Garlic Cloves
1tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Butter
Combine salt, pepper, anchovies, fish sauce, garlic and soy sauce. Then rub on the steak.
Heat pan with vegetable oil.
Cook the steak until golden brown, then add the butter and baste for flavour.
