Recipe: Roomy Cheese Fondue

We give this classic Swiss dish an Egyptian twist.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups cooking cream

  • 1 tbsp corn starch with water

  • 2 cups roomy cheese

  • Assorted bakes

instructions

  1. Bring the cooking cream and cornstarch to a simmer.

  2. Add the grated roomy cheese.

  3. Stir over low heat until melted.

  4. Enjoy hot.
