Blend 1 cup agwa dates with 1 cup water to create date paste.
Blend soaked cashews, 1/2 cup water, pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of coconut oil to create filling.
In a deep pan lined with with a baking sheet, add a layer of cashew filling, then a layer of date paste and peanuts. Freeze until solid.
Slice the frozen cashew, date and peanut mixture into bars.
Melt 200gm of dark chocolate.
Dip the frozen bars in the melted chocolate and refrigerate until solid.
