The restaurant’s protein-based menu is a meat-lover’s fantasy with its range of burgers, sausages, sandwiches, main dishes and apps.
Some of the items on Bucksburn’s menu include brisket and pastrami made in-house (with the brisket cooked over 12 hours and pastrami marinated for seven days and slow-cooked over firewood for 10 hours) which can be served as a main dish or in a sandwich. The spot also make a range of burgers (including lamb and shrimp burgers), chicken burgers (or in their words, white burgers), sausage made in-house, breakfast sandwiches and the yummy-sounding loaded brisket fries.
