B Laban Is Landing in Fayoum
We thought B Laban was everywhere, but apparently there are governorates it has yet to take over.
As Egyptians, we see B Laban everywhere: in Downtown Cairo, in Sheikh Zayed, by the sea in Alexandria, by the Nile in Kafr El Sheikh, even in our dreams sometimes. We assumed we'd be able to find its familiar blue lighting and enormous 'Faz'a chocolat' boxes wherever we went. We were wrong. All these years, B Laban wasn't anywhere in Fayoum. Not a single branch.
This sad reality is about to change, however, because if there's anything we've learnt over the past five years, it's that B Laban can open a new branch faster than we can say ‘Ambaleh with créme brulée’. While their Fayoum branch has yet to open, we ask that Fayoum residents not fret; their Ashtouta will surely be within reach soon.
