Beit El Ezz Offers a Decadent Bite Into Ottoman History
At Giza Palace Hotel & Spa in Sheikh Zayed, Beit El Ezz brings a contemporary twist to Ottoman-inspired dining.
Rooted in centuries-old culinary traditions, Beit El Ezz moves between the palaces of Istanbul, the Mediterranean coast, and Levant’s fresh markets. Located at Giza Palace Hotel & Spa in Sheikh Zayed, the restaurant brings Ottoman-inspired dining into a contemporary setting, with indoor seating and an outdoor terrace complete with a shisha lounge. The interiors lean into this rich heritage, with rounded arches, lush red couches, and cascading plants creating a sense of cozy luxury.
To taste the various delicacies that Beit El Ezz had to offer, food bloggers were invited to experience the concept over a shared table, beginning with mezze like muhammara and Ottoman tahini with honey. The meal continued with authentic sizzling mixed grills, fattoush, stuffed bulgur kibbeh, and ended with Beit El Ezz’s signature Queshta Maamoul dessert.
Open nightly from 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Beit El Ezz is made for generous plates, and a little old-world charm.
