New Cairo, make room for salmon. Dubai's Salmontini Le Bistro has landed at Mivida Walk with smoked salmon, sushi, seafood and French bistro favourites.
Dubai's Salmontini Le Bistro has made its way to New Cairo, opening at The Place in Mivida Walk with a menu that gives French bistro classics a Japanese and Mediterranean side.
As its name might suggest, salmon takes centre stage, with the restaurant's signature hand-sliced smoked salmon making appearances across its breakfast, brunch and main course offerings.
The menu goes well beyond Salmon Benedict, though. Expect everything from burrata and avocado toast to lobster rolls, entrecôte with herb butter and frites, and crispy sea bass. There's also a dedicated Japanese selection of maki, nigiri and sashimi for the sushi crowd.
