Fôu by Farah Turns Roz B Laban Into Gelato

Although this Ramadan is technically in the winter season, Fôu by Farah decided to melt our hearts anyway by turning our classic, cosy, reliable Roz B Laban into gelato. Roz B Laban is already served cold… but why not colder? Creamier? With olive oil on top?

A hit when it first appeared at Cairo Food Week, this Ramadan-only treat comes with add-ons like salted caramel, caramelised nuts, dates, or olive oil (Chef Farah’s personal fave).
