GiGi Resto-Bar Is Opening in Diplo on Egypt’s North Coast

There are currently two things multiplying across Sahel at extraordinary speed: electrolyte beverages and restaurant openings. The latest addition is GiGi, which officially opens in Diplo on July 1st.

The resto-bar comes from GiGi Group, whose expansion strategy appears to involve being everywhere all at once. The brand already operates across Arkan Plaza, Golf Central Mall, Ghazala Bay, The Red, EDNC Sodic and Diplomatic Village, meaning many people have probably eaten there at least once and only realised it later.

Known for its all-day format, GiGi begins with bakery offerings and specialty coffee before moving into lunch, dinner, sunset drinks and evening crowds. The Diplo outpost will add direct beach access, sea views and a summer events programme, giving North Coast visitors another place to spend an entire day while insisting they only stopped by for a quick coffee.
