PÀO Debuts Newly Face-Lifted Drive-Thru Branch in New Cairo

Sometimes our group chats are bombarded with extremely urgent investigative journalism, like “Hey, have we covered this place before?” Which, considering we’ve reviewed approximately 97% of the city’s beverage-to-mouth options, is usually a yes.

But then there’s PÀO. The boba hotspot. The tapioca temple. The chewy-sphere Shangri-La. And covering them isn’t so straightforward, because they keep doing stuff. Like, actual new stuff. This time, they turned their ‘The Drive’ location into a drive-thru - complete with industrial-chic concrete, which is how you know they mean business.

Naturally, the moment we heard this, we were already physically in the parking lot. Their updated location now slings the full drink lineup (taro, matcha, milk tea, basically all the liquid identities) plus a food menu that is, in scientific terms, extremely snackable.
