Shawarma Spot Cairo Caizer is Now Open in New Cairo

Cairo Caizer just opened in New Cairo’s Banks Center, adding another stop to the city’s very specific shawarma map. Whether you think Levantine shawarma is better or not, that’s not really relevant when you’re at CAI. Here, there’s only one bread option: caizer. The Egyptian shawarma comes packed with cumin, coriander and paprika, finished with tahini, raw onions and tomatoes.
