Simonds is Making a Case for Burrata & Fig Jam This Summer

Simonds is giving the classic jam-and-cheese combination a summer upgrade with its new Burrata & Fig Baguette, pairing creamy burrata with fresh figs and homemade fig jam inside a freshly baked baguette.

Part of the Simonds La Plage specials, the new sandwich brings together sweet figs, creamy cheese, and warm bread in a combination that feels particularly suited to the season. The fig jam is made in-house by a mother in the Simonds family, adding a little family recipe to the new drop.
