This Pop-Up Dinner Wants You to Eat Inside a Light Show
The pop-up event – hosted by Wannabe Chef, Darb 15 and Lumino – promises a side of visual lights alongside your next dinner reservation.
At Darb 15, the Maadi creative space known for hosting cultural events, dinners and workshops, the table is once again becoming the main attraction. Following several editions of 'Dinner Under the Moon'—created with immersive lighting studio Lumino—the venue is now hosting a new collaboration with pop-up dining concept Wannabe Chef.
Created by Rawan Salama, 'Wannabe Chef' will take over Darb 15's Maadi space on July 7th from 8:30 PM. The one-night experience pairs a thoughtfully curated menu with Lumino's dynamic lighting design, transforming the table itself into part of the performance as each course is served.
Beyond the food and visuals, the evening is designed as a communal dining experience, bringing guests together around a shared table where conversations are just as much a part of the night as the menu.
