We're All in 2019 While This Manoushe Vending Machine Is Straight up 3019

Why are robots in movies always portrayed as very evil, kill-everybody-eventually characters? Why can't they be portrayed as friendly technology that actually make people's lives better by making them automated, on-demand fresh manoushes around the clock, at a click of a button or tap of a screen? Well, this is basically what happened. In Lebanon's Beirut Digital District, Akeltech's newest innovation, Thyme-Tastic, a vending machine that serves fresh manouches is up and running. 

Akeltech is company that aims to find the smartest, and most advanced food solutions. They integrate technology in our everyday lives hopefully filling it up with more automated food options.

We were once asked long ago about what we expect to have in the future, we answered fresh, hot food out of a machine like in The Jetsons (see GIF below).
