Saraya Gallery, the fine dining French restaurant located in the heart of a Cairo palace, has unveiled the Crown & Cravings Brunch, a weekly fine dining ritual designed to capture the essence of royal indulgence. Surrounded by original portraits of Empress Eugénie and Napoleon, the experience sets the stage for a Saturday steeped in French culinary tradition and old-world elegance.The brunch, held every Saturday from 12 PM to 4 PM, takes guests on a carefully curated journey through a set menu made especially for two. Starters include Octopus Carpaccio, a live beef tartar station, and fried mozzarella, followed by mains such as a Roman-inspired pasta and steak with fries paired with French mustard sauce. Dessert arrives in true theatrical fashion with crème brûlée and a live tiramisu preparation.
