London’s Swirkies Opens New Branch in Maadi

Everyone knows pink and green are a cute combo, which is exactly why London-rooted dessert spot Swirkies is bringing its baby pink sweetness to the jungle that is Maadi. After spending a year spreading their pastel-flavoured strudel cookies throughout Tagamoa’s Riverwalk Mall - and recruiting armies of pink minions to their Swirkies hive - the sweet spot’s Maadi debut is music to our stress-eating ears.

Channelling the sweetness of summer in their interiors, the pink haven utilises a beautiful set of glass walls, Mediterranean terrazzo floor and pink and blue decor to provide a delicious  immersive sugary-en-rose experience. Their new Maadi branch will cover the spot’s same signature dishes including: Nutella skillets, topping-pitted cookies, delicious square crépes, and pastry-Lotus cones. For the liquid-diet based girlies amongst us, the cakery’s selection of milkshakes and espresso serve as the ultimate start engine to ignite most mundane weekdays.
