Bisou, the New Cairo specialty coffee shop, has added a Salted Brown Butter and Oat Latte to its menu. The drink combines brown sugar, melted butter and espresso with oat milk and the café’s house syrup for a sweet-savoury profile.
The new latte is currently available only at Bisou’s The Drive 2 branch.
