You can never have too many sushi places, amirite? Del Vento has recently opened and we are loving it so far. Why, you ask? Well, from the get go, Del Vento knew that at the end of the day, sushi is sushi- you can’t really play around with different flavours like other establishments are. All that it takes to be good sushi is yum-inducing sticky rice, the freshest seafood and great quality seaweed. You can literally taste the freshness in their sushi rolls! The best thing about this new eatery is that their sushi is made literally on the spot, nothing is kept overnight or even for a minute on the kitchen tables. Everything is made fresh and out of the kitchen door within seconds.
