Fôu by Farah to Open First Location on the North Coast
Fôu by Farah is officially opening in Sahel this summer at Diplo, Sidi Abdel Rahman.
Sahel summer is about to get sweeter. Cairo pâtisserie Fôu by Farah is preparing to open a second location in Diplo, Sidi Abdel Rahman, marking the pâtisserie's first venture into the North Coast. While an opening date has yet to be announced, signage for the new space is already in place.
The expansion comes shortly after the Cairo-based brand introduced its summer menu, which features seasonal drinks including blueberry matcha, pineapple piña colada, and citrus berry.
Founded by pastry chef Farah El Charkawy, Fôu began as a cloud kitchen before opening its first physical location in District 5, New Cairo, last year. The upcoming Diplo branch will become the brand's second outpost in Egypt.
