Teta Loula is the name (and face) behind the beloved cookbook filled with family recipes that make classic Egyptian dishes like mahshy and molokheya look deceptively easy. Her biscuits follow the same philosophy: simple, comforting, and rooted in flavours that feel instantly familiar, like something you’d sneak off the tray before guests arrive.

Fino suggests pairing Baskoot Teta with their shai bi laban, a combination officially approved by Teta Loula herself after a taste test at Fino’s Sheikh Zayed branch, served, of course, in the brand’s signature green cup.
