For the uninitiated, Chicha brings together Mexican, Peruvian and Nikkei influences, with a menu that has earned it a spot on many an El Gouna food itinerary. Think shrimp de camarón tacos, lamb barbacoa, beef and chicken tacos, a seriously indulgent black truffle risotto, and a brisket sandwich that means business.
