Howlin’ Birds, the local fried chicken restaurant, has just introduced a fine dining experience that sits comfortably in the middle ground, one that is both elegant and familiar. It elevates the setting without asking you to abandon what you already love.At the Howlin’ Birds Fine Dining experience, the food is not the only source of comfort. Alongside the heartwarming sight of Nashville-style fried chicken on a platter, instead of snail or some eastern French dish no one really understands, the Howlin’ Birds dinner asks you to come as you are. There is no dress code, no complicated social rules, and absolutely no added hassle, but you still get a theatrical meal. The food is as junky as it always was, but the table, the setup, and the general atmosphere are black tie.The experience will take place across multiple dates in January and February, each night hosted at a different Howlin’ Birds branch: District 5, The Drive 2, Poly Park (Waslet Dahshour), and Ivory Business Park in Zayed.
