RAF Specialty Coffee is Brewing Up a New Spot in Maadi

As a food journalist, you develop a sixth sense for new openings. So naturally, while strolling through Degla, the sight of RAF’s logo quietly going up on Road 254 (off Rd. 213) triggered the only reasonable response: investigate — purely in the name of journalistic duty.

The space isn’t fully built out yet, but from what we can see, it’s shaping up to be a roomy addition to Maadi’s caffeine circuit. RAF, the specialty coffee bar already brewing in Zed Park (Gate 03), New Cairo, Almaza, and Kov Mall, is now planting its flag in Degla — and Maadi’s loyal specialty coffee crowd just gained one more spot to rotate into their weekend ritual.
