Tayla’s Kitchen Bakes and Delivers English Muffins, Tea Scones Among Other Artisan Baked Goods

Two sisters’ artisan bakery business is in full swing from their Maadi home.

Founded by a young sister duo, Tayla’s Kitchen is the brainchild of Tailene, 19, and Kyla, 15, Dawood, two siblings with a passion for all things artisan baking. The Maadi-based bakery and catering delivery service makes everything from English muffins, tea scones, spring onion buns, quiches, granola, white chocolate vanilla cake and more.

“Our family’s passion has always been cooking and baking and you'll often find us all gathered in the kitchen creating new recipes. Everyone who has tasted our food kept persuading us to let other people taste and enjoy it too. So we decided to turn this idea into reality and with the help of our parents, Perry and Sebestian, we have succeeded in creating Tayla’s Kitchen,” the Dawood sisters told us.

Their at-home bakery service launched in October, and they’ve since been going steady with catering and are slowly but surely growing their menu selections.
