The Ancient Egyptians were masters of creating energy sources from thin air. Think the Pyramids were tombs? No, think again, they were mammoth structures built to precision to conjure up energy through the worlds magnetic fields. It wasn't just the sun and the stars where they sourced their energy though, it was also in the kitchen. 

YouTube content creator Dig it with Raven who she admits is "not a chef, a food historian or an archeo-botanist" aims to discover ancient recipes and try to cook them today with modern techniques in her show Ancient Eats and her latest episode spotlight an ancient Egyptian delicacy - Tiger Nut Balls, which aren't made from tiger's nuts but a mix of proto-energy ingredients available at the time such as dates, walnuts, cinnamon and honey.
