The Better Concept Gets Into the Autumn Spirit With a Pumpkin Melt

Pumpkin season has officially reached Cairo, and The Better Concept is getting in on it with a new Pumpkin Melt.

The seasonal dessert starts with pumpkin purée and honey, mixed with skimmed milk and corn starch, then topped with walnuts, sea salt and vanilla. It’s sweet, creamy and a little nutty, with pumpkin taking centre stage.
