If the name didn’t give it away, the eatery literally only makes and focuses on waraq enab, aka stuffed grape leaves, but also every mahshi that has ever been made.

Since the restaurant only focuses on a few items, it makes sure that it plays with them. When we say that, we mean they have spicy waraq enab, but also ones that are drowning with pomegranate molasses and the likes of that. When it comes to other types of mahshi, they have cabbage, onion, peppers, zucchini and eggplant all stuffed to perfection and made with their special mix of rice and spices. They vow that they use the freshest ingredients which, should you have the honour to trying them, shows in the taste of their food.
