Sapori means flavours in Italian, and that's exactly what chef Carlo Adib wanted to focus on when he opened up Sapori di Carlo in Zamalek; the flavours of Neapolitan pizza. Four years, Adib started his own pizzeria back in Paris called L'Atelier 197. It never crossed his mind that Michelin would ever contact him to award him with a star. Adib then took his pizza expertise and decided to bring to Om El Donia with Sapori di Carlo to gift all of us with the perfect pizza.
