As Ramadan's gentle breeze ushers in evenings of togetherness and reflection, the air becomes infused with the tantalizing aroma of delectable dishes, beckoning families and friends to gather around the table for cherished moments of feasting and connection. This year, Brunch & Cake ensures that the table is both foodie and Instagram-worthy, extending its culinary expertise with special menus crafted for both Iftar and Suhoor.
From 6 PM to 7 PM, guests can indulge in an array of exclusive Iftar delights. Start with a soul-warming soup selection, including lentil, tomato, harira, and pumpkin. Dive into enticing starters like Harissa Baked Aubergine, Honey & Thyme Potatoes, Button Garlic Mushrooms, Smoked Cheese and Turkey Croquettes, Grilled Zucchini, and Gratin. For mains, feast on Moroccan Lamb Tagine or succulent Baby Chicken.
As the night unfolds, the Suhoor menu kicks in from 10 PM to 2 AM, with a variety of options, including a classic shakshuka, beefy flatbread, croque madame, and more. For dessert, grab yourself Grandma's Baked Croissant Pudding, a sweet tribute to tradition that adds a touch of nostalgia to the evening.
Brunch & Cake also hosts live entertainment on Thursdays and Fridays from late evenings onwards. Both of its outlets are open every day during Ramadan from 11 AM to 2 AM, providing ample time to join in the fun. Guests have the option to order à la carte or enjoy a Family Style spread with a set menu.
