A 2D-Designed Café Just Opened in Abu Dhabi and It’s the Most Instagrammable Place in the UAE

Forever Rose Café is located in Al Maryah Island, and it looks like the insides of a storybook spilled over into our three-dimensional world. The brainchild of the UAE-based luxury florist Forever Rose, the café boasts meticulously drawn wallpapers, floors, and even furniture, all as if drawn in black and white ink.

Only the food and beverages - which are mostly rose-infused - stand out in colour, as well as the people.

One of the walls also has illustrations of Sheikh Zayed, the founder of UAE, and various members of previous and current ruling families, as well as current vice president, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

“This recreates a romantic notion of being a part of a fairytale. With the diverse culture of the UAE, I believe a lot of people from different parts of the world and age groups will now have the chance to try a sense of Forever Rose, if not through the flowers themselves, then definitely in the delicious delicacies on offer at the café,” explained Ebraheem Al Samadi, the founder and CEO of Forever Rose.
