Bruxie’s is the Self-Proclaimed First European-Style Bistro in Alex

Stans of Alexandria, this one’s for you for the next time you’re in the stunning city. We came across a spot called Bruxie’s Bistro which is the self-proclaimed European-style bistro in Alex. The adorable, cosy spot  - that radiates European bistro vibes in its menu and aesthetic - serves  a mean breakfast in addition to a diverse selection of main courses and pasta, but our favourite part of all is that they take their coffee very, very seriously, even making their cute cold brew coffee in-house. 

At Bruxie’s you can expect to to find a range of omelettes and pancakes, as well as soups and appetizers we can get behind like sloppy joe fries, blue cheese roasted mushrooms and everyone’s fave fried mozzarella. If you’re feeling like you wanna be a bit of a #healthkween, this spot also serves a bunch of salads, besides chicken, beef and seafood mains. Taking the definer of a bistro being ‘light, quick meals’ to heart, Bruxie’s serves a huge range of sandwiches and burgers. As for their coffee, the bistro offer everything - hot and iced – that you can probs imagine, and if you don’t stan dairy, you could opt for alternatives like almond or coconut milk instead.
