Cairo Bakery Milk & Cookies is a Gooey Paradise

Kickstarted by two friends and food lovers, Milk and Cookies is the byproduct of the years of friendship and mutual obsession with dessert shared by Sherif El Seginy and Ahmed Yehia. “Ahmed is a dentist and amateur chef, and I’m banker and food blogger. Both of us are deeply in love with food, cooking, and baking. That’s why we decided to break the rules by starting Milk & Cookies,” El Seginy told us. 

The bakery shop serves a variety of insanely decadent cookie flavours including Nutella, Kinder, Lotus & Ferrero Rocher as well as their signature pistachio cookies. But unlike their name suggests, they’ve branched out from cookies and now also make fudgy af brownies including their lotus white chocolate brownies.

“After hundreds of hours spent experimenting in the kitchen, trying to figure out an exclusive, unique recipes with fresh, high quality ingredients, our cookies were finally born,” El Seginy added. The result? Some of the richest, chewiest baked treats around town.
