‘FL!P’ is Sahel’s Newest Casual Seafood Truck and it’s Cute AF

Very few things go as well together as seafood and the beach because..well..duh. Although, the prospect of sitting down for a full-blown seafood feast by the sea and sand seems a bit too messy for our liking, but it looks like – thanks to Sahel’s newest food truck FL!P – we can realise our summer fantasies without getting our hands (too) dirty. The cute af truck offer ‘casual seafood’ on the beach with a range of sandwiches, wraps, quick bites and sweet treats right by the stunning Sahel shoreline. 

What you’ll get at FL!P is a bunch of delish sandwiches like their FL!P burger made from salmon and topped with avocado (can we say ‘yum?’) their crispy shrimp sandwich, the South African beef ‘Stuff’d Burger’ and finally, their Surf N’ Turf sandwich. If you’re more of a sans-bread kinda gal, you can dig into their poppin’ shrimp, fish n’ chips, sweet potato or cheey fries. FL!P also serve smoked salmon and shrimp avocado healthy wraps if you’re looking to keep it light this summer, and a few sweet treats too.
