Man2aeesh? Saj? This Maadi Restaurant Literally Only Serves Them

We all know that the Lebanese make the best food ever. It's light, it’s tasty, but more importantly, it's all about the mana2eesh and saj life. The Lebanese have blessed us with their insanely delicious mana2eesh and saj, and that's what Saj Man2ocheh is all about: dem OG dishes straight from Beirut. They opened a few years ago with a goal of making the same exact mana2eesh that are found in Lebanon. So no playing around with the recipe, using all 100% Lebanese ingredients so basically, no BS. 

Their dough is kneaded freshly early in the morning everyday to make sure the dough is light and fluffy, just the way it should be. After being a big hit in Cairo, they decided to expand their menu by introducing three and only three things to their menu: a regular man2ocheh, a flatbread with any topping of your choice, or saj -- the best of both worlds. They honour themselves to have the freshest flavours and guarantee that your food will be the freshest and best you’ve had. 

Not to tease you or anything but to give you a little taste of their menu, they have the regular za’atar man2ocheh which uses olive oil and za’atar imported from Lebanon. They also have a cheese lovers one, a beef one, and the coolest one yet, sausage with eggs and cheese. Breakfast of champions.
