Nashville Hot Chicken Touches Down in Om El Donia

Spicy food stans, listen up because this one’s for you. A brand new restaurant named ‘Inferno’ is the first-ever restaurant dedicated to Nashville hot chicken (a super spicy fried chicken), set to make the spicy chicken you’re used to seem like child’s play. For those of you who don’t know, Nashville hot chicken – originating from Nashville, Tennessee – is marinated in a water-based mix of seasoning, drenched in flower and fried, and then ultimately topped with a pepper-based sauce or paste. 

The aptly-named spot takes its spiciness very seriously, with a disclaimer on their menu stating that they bare no responsibility from the heat level of their food (we’re not scared, you are).. Pretty much everything on the menu is spicy, including a spicy coleslaw and three levels of spiciness for their chicken. The restaurant offer appetizers such as onion rings, Nashville mozzarella sticks (made with Nashville spices, and served with flaming hot Cheetos and corn with a hot-cheeto crust. They also have Nashville chicken meals, sandwiches, sides and different sauces. To cool yourself off after the intense experience, the restaurant also serves vanilla ice cream with a lotus caramel drizzle, and a different ice cream flavour every month.
