New Cairo’s 'Oblivious' Has the Mac and Cheese Burger We’re Gushing Over

As eateries across the city have opened back up for business, we have to pause for a second to gush about the decadent burger creations at New Cairo’s Oblivious restaurant and café. Marrying our two favourite things ever, mac and cheese and a juicy beef patty, their Big Mac and Cheese Burger is our definitive new WCW of the moment.

A heaping serving of gorgeous white mac and cheese on top of a thick patty and two buttered burger buns can’t really go wrong. But if pasta isn’t your thing (and in which case, we judge you) you can go for their gorj Tangy Fried Chicken burger, served with coleslaw and honey mustard on a sourdough bun or their House Burger topped with crispy onion rings. Either way, we aren’t mad about it.
