Nourished: Say Hello to Your New Fav Healthy Snack Bar
Snacking between iftar and sohour can now be guilt free.
Well, we’re on lockdown and it’s been honestly forever. We all have been trying to fill every moment of this quarantine with..well anything. Some of us have been trying out their cooking skills, some of us are pretending to WFH and some of us are trying to stay in shape for the hopefully upcoming summer. And now we’ve got the perfect healthy snack to feel a little less guilty when we start stuffing our faces--cause it’s literally all we do.
Aya Ragheb, an Egyptian nutritionist, has created the perfect snack bars to go with your healthy (probably not) lifestyle. In all honesty, who better to whip up a healthy snack than a nutritionist herself? Rageb started her brand Nourished after realising that there's a gap in the market for snack bars that are 100% healthy and natural, which is why we're now bless with her AR bars. Ragheb's brand also makes extra virgin olive oil and raw coconut oil that is all locally produced. Yup, you read that right.
Nourished's coconut oil can be used for coking, moisturising your skin, making hair masks from them and even serves as a make-up remover," Ragheb tells us.
You can find her products at Sunny Market and Zakuski Appetizers. We recommend however staying home and getting them online via their Instagram.
