The Smokery Beach Is Bringing Seaside Bliss to Bianchi This Summer
After three iconic years, The Smokery Beach has decided to move to Bianchi for a new chapter of their culinary life, and we’re totally here for it.
We’ve had our fair share of beautiful experiences at The Smokery. Most of the year we get to dig into scrumptious dinners at their Cairo branches. But when summer rolls around, we whip out our phones and snap a shot of their Instagrammable drinks at their Sahel location, posing by the beach while typing “Wish you were here” to the unlucky dude or dudette who isn’t. With the start of July we’re counting the minutes until we get to flaunt our colourful drinks on the crystal shores of the North Coast - only this year, there’s going to be one big difference.
After three iconic years, The Smokery Beach has decided to move to Bianchi for a new chapter of their culinary life, and we’re totally here for it. Opening its doors to the public on July 9th, the location isn’t going to be the only new thing about the place. In fact, the entire design and experience will be completely different to anything they’ve done before. The new venture actively invites guests to partake in the lavish side of beach culture, which we totes expect from The Smokery. To that end they’ve joined forces with renowned French chefs Christian Le Squer (who happens to be a Michelin star chef) and Erwan Laurenceau to help them create a new Meditterr-Asian menu. It’ll be everything and nothing you’d expect from The Smokery all at once. Think robatta grill, bao buns, lobster pasta, and ceviche – that’s the vibe.
Oh, and they’ll also come equipped with creative workshops and yoga classes during the day, and killer DJ lineups and live acts to keep you pumped all summer during the night.
