Brown Nose Coffee Unveils Its Ramadan Specials

Brown nose thinks Egypt needs karak this ramadan.

Raneem Maaly

Ramadan in Egypt has no time constraints. Post-iftar, the streets fill back up, WhatsApp groups decide on a meeting point, and someone inevitably suggests coffee “just for an hour.” Brown Nose is stepping into that cycle with a Ramadan lineup designed for those post-iftar rounds that creep into the late hours of the night.

The lineup keeps things familiar without playing it safe. Tahini and molasses croffles land first, karak makes its way from the Gulf into Cairo’s coffee circuit, and a cereal cake in collaboration with Lino's Kitchen makes a convincing case that if cereal skipped breakfast in Ramadan, it can reappear after iftar.

Tahini & Molasses Croffle

A Ramadan take on their signature croffle, filled with tahini and molasses, finished with a light touch of salt.

Karak

Brewed bold with black tea and infused with fragrant spices, this karak leans into cardamom warmth and a creamy finish.

The Cereal Cake

In collaboration with Lino's Kitchen, a soft vanilla cake soaked in cereal milk, layered with cream, and topped with crunchy cereal.
